as the first (and to my knowledge, only) vegetarian meat week captain, i fancy myself a pioneer in this space. 2012 is the first year meat week has sunk it's teeth into the boston area and i couldn't be more excited! whatever your motivation may be: bbq lover; social 'meat-ing'; meeting new friends; enjoying bbq with old friends; or like me...a weirdo vegetarian who can just appreciate meat without actually eating it...YOU'RE BEING RECRUITED! boston meat week is as real as the copious amounts of bbq you'll consume during this joyous holiday and most importantly is open to everyone. tell your friends...meat week is real and it's really (finally!) here.
