Welcome to Meat Week 2014! This year marks the 10th anniversary of our beloved 8-night long holiday. Whether you join us every night (which would be meatastic!) or just for one, join us in the celebration of meat and support local bbq restaurants. ALL events are open to the public and all are welcome. No need to RSVP, but we'd love to hear if you're planning to come. With the new website we're able to streamline this process, instead of having to post a fb event for each night. On each nights detail page, there's a place at the bottom right where you can let us know you're attending by clicking "yes". All you have to do is sign up on the top left. It's super quick and easy!
We're also excited to announce that our chapter will be hosting the founders of Meat Week, Chris & Erni, on a stop of their cross-country tour! We'll be taking a mini road trip to Marion, NC for the event on Thursday. There we'll be stuffing our faces with some of the best food you will ever put in your mouth at Low Country. Owner (& Chris's dad), Mike Cantey, never disappoints and usually has a few surprises up his sleeve. This is going to be an unforgettable night that you don't want to miss.
