our high-tech modifications (strapping on a headlamp) to the MeatCam2000 didn't work quite as well as expected, so it's back to the lab for us. the food truck, Smokin' Willies, however, was a huge success! most people made second trips through the line for pulled pork tacos, tri-tip, meatballs and more. Willie himself even gave an informational speech about BBQ! the guys were so friendly and fun, we'll definitely be doing this again.
